As the daughter of two architects who've done projects all around the world, I travelled a lot as a child, and that initial wanderlust, instilled in me by the off-the-beaten-path attitude of my parents, has never faded. I've made travel a priority in my life, and my free time has been devoted to seizing opportunities to immerse myself in new visual and cultural worlds, including several stints living abroad. Most of my photographs are landscapes; I see landscape photography as the best way to capture the spirit of a place's physicality, and verbal storytelling the best for encapsulating the lives of its people. Below are just a few of the shots that I've taken over the years that I hope can provide you a sense of the sort of things I stop to document, and in what combinations of form and color I find inspiration and beauty.
